Anti-vaxxers who think they go around chanting and protesting against the use of vaccine can shut the fish up when a vaccine is found for Covid 19.

The race to discover the vaccine is currently on the way with many countries already moving into human trial stage, this is after WHO allowing pharmaceutical company’s to fast track the process which usually will take 3 years.

There has been growing number of dissents by certain extreme groups who find vaccines to be more harmful than its intended purpose. In the US, many people took to the streets to protest against government insistence of the Measles jab. But this eventually led to a rise on measles outbreak which was completely eradicated to make a comeback. Over in Malaysia, some religious sect also believes in the principal not using vaccines on new born’s. While its not against the law, vaccination is important to protect oneself and others from a possible spread.

In view of this, the Ministry of Health is considering to make COVID-19 vaccination a compulsory once it is found, said Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham.

However, he said the ministry would first have to conduct a study on the side effects and effectiveness of the vaccine before making any decision on the matter.

“There is a study on it but the race to find the COVID-19 vaccine is still underway,” he told the daily press conference on COVID-19.

Currently, on the forefront is an US based biotech firm Moderna which is on Phase Three trial of COVID-19 vaccine testing, the development seemed to be positive Dr Noor Hisham said.

Once they are made available which is expected to be somewhere next year, all citizens in each country will have to take the vaccine in order to keep the virus from emerging among society. This will also give peace to humanity who can return to pre-Covid 19 time, however is anti-vaxxers were to be hell bent on not taking the vaccine, a different situation can emerge. For herd immunity to take place, everyone should be vaccinated!
