Microsoft has added a digital health feature to its Android launcher. The newly added feature allows users to access the ability to track screen time, app usage and even the amount of times the phone has been unlocked. The launcher is well supported on the Android 4.2 .

The latest update by Microsoft included the integration of To-Do and Sticky Notes allowing users to sync their tasks and notes from the apps. Furthermore, the Android Launcher will also the addition of “Hey Cortana” support as well.

This move by Microsoft seems to be shadowing Google’s recent Digital Wellbeing tools to a certain extent. This also allows those with older devices a digital health option without having to buy new hardware or getting themselves the latest Apple watch.
