Acer Malaysia has expanded its home appliance portfolio with the launch of the Acerpure CHEF KV1 Smart Steam Oven, introducing a compact smart steam oven designed to address a common cooking challenge where food becomes dry when baked or reheated.

The 10-litre appliance combines steam injection and baking technology to help maintain moisture in food while achieving a crisp exterior. The system features a 5cc precision steam injection mechanism paired with dual quartz heating to ensure even heat distribution during cooking.

The oven also integrates NTC electronic temperature control, enabling stable thermal regulation throughout the cooking process. Temperatures can be adjusted between 100°C and 230°C, allowing the appliance to support both quick reheating and longer cooking sessions.

To simplify meal preparation, the device includes nine preset cooking modes designed for a range of dishes such as pizza, pastries and baked chicken wings. A dedicated caramelise mode activates the top heating element to brown the surface of dishes while keeping the interior tender.

The appliance is fitted with an LED touch panel that allows users to adjust cooking modes, temperature and timers. Key internal components including the boiler lid, boiler and grill rack are constructed from 304 stainless steel to enhance durability and maintain hygiene.

The Acerpure CHEF KV1 Smart Steam Oven is priced at RM799 and is available through Acer’s online store as well as its official stores on Shopee and Lazada.
