In 2016, following its vision to reflect the evolution of the ICT industry and its changes, COMPUTEX will introduces two new exhibits, SmarTEX and InnoVEX, which will focus on networking technology and a medium for startups to attract international investors.

SmarTEX will showcase the six (6) major applications of the Internet of Things (IoT), namely security, smart home and entertainment, wearable technology, automotive electronics, 3D printing and smart solutions.

InnoVEX will be set up as a “startup village” and will feature out-of-the-box exhibits, open booths, conference spaces, forums and business networking to facilitate investor matchmaking.
