CES is set to be back – bigger and better come 2016! And even more exciting is having Intel CEO, Brian Krzanich, give the preshow keynote address as well, making it the CEO’s third year running. “We are breaking precedent,” says Gary Shapiro, President and CEO of CEA. Two continuous years of inspiring keynote speeches have prompted the association to invite Krzanich as the 2016 keynote speaker again and this fits with the theme of the upcoming CES, which focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT). Other keynotes will be announced in the coming weeks.
Intel has been at the forefront of creating and innovating technologies for IoT, such as wearables, smart cars, smart homes and cloud computing, and it has provided a flourishing platform for more advancement in this area. Thus, it’s no wonder its CEO has been called for a third time as a keynote speaker for the show.
A tradeshow organised by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), CES is deemed one of the world’s largest gathering place for companies thriving on consumer technologies business. Next year, it will run from 6-9 January in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The show includes 2 million net sq. ft. of exhibit space and 3,600 participating companies, who will unveil their latest products and services of all kinds for consumer technologies, so this a show not to be missed!

Meanwhile, on another news, Intel has set up a new reality competition called “America’s Greatest Makers” aimed at expanding the technology we have on IoT. It will be produced by the same man behind “Survivor,” “Shark Tank” and “The Apprentice,” Mark Burnett, who is also CEO of United Artists Media Group.
