Yesterdays Apple launch has many first for the iPhone 8 but not so new in the mobile world, like facial recognition, Oled, dual camera and wireless charging. Assisting the company to develop the wireless charging for all three models iPhone 8, Plus and X was a US based mobile phone battery company, Zagg Inc under the Mophie brand.

Popular in the states and available in over 130 countries, Mophie wireless charging unit by Zagg will go sale in all Apple retail stores worldwide effective next week. The compact wireless charging base features the latest in wireless technology giving the devices instant charge the minute users place their iPhones on the surface.  Moreover the device will continue to be fully functional while charging and pair their bluetooth headsets at the same time.

The wireless charging base features a dual-injected rubberized, non-slip finish and offers high-speed wireless charging up to 7.5W and works with other compatible devices. Mophie will go on retail for US$59.95 (approx. RM250)
