First XOX Space Flagship Store opens in Sunway Pyramid

Malaysia’s first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) XOX MOBILE, introduced its first flagship store, XOX Space at Sunway Pyramid.

The concept store is located at F1.72, on the first floor of Sunway Pyramid Mall. With the new retail concept store, XOX MOBILE aims to expand and deliver professional services to the Klang Valley population. Wholly owned and operated by XOX MOBILE, it will be a one-stop center for people choosing plans, paying bills, buying reloads and SIM card replacements, among other services.

The XOX Space concept store provides ample seating, free WIFI access, several plug points for charging devices, and vending machines for snacks and drinks for guests and users to enjoy. The store is designed as a fun environment with a strong lifestyle element that promotes communication and sharing, allowing XOX MOBILE subscribers to hangout, as well as to perform quick tasks for work.

XOX Space was launched by XOX MOBILE Brand Ambassador, Malaysian badminton legend, Dato’ Lee Chong Wei; XOX Berhad, Group Managing Director, Datuk Eddie Chai; and Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ng Kok Heng.

According to XOX Berhad Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ng Kok Heng, “We want our first ever flagship store to be easily accessible to our loyal customers and to our potential users. XOX Space is our way of extending our reach so that more people can experience our excellent services and customer support in a setting that reflects the XOX spirit or sharing and working together,” said Mr. Ng.

From now until the end of March, customers and guests visiting the XOX Space can redeem a free ONEXOX Prepaid starter pack that comes with pre-loaded airtime of RM5. Customers can also purchase a Super Season Pass of 3GB data that can be carried forward for just RM30, with a longest prepaid validity of 28 months. There will be mystery gifts for guests who present XOX MOBILE flyers.

XOX MOBILE is also kick-starting a top-up campaign, known as 30GB Bonus Campaign for the prepaid subscribers, where 30GB of bonus data will be awarded.

The store has been in operation for 2 months, with encouraging feedback from guest and customers. The company plans to create more XOX Space outlets in the future.
