Hot on the heels of IFA 2018, Wiko introduces two new devices in Malaysia. The Wiko View2 Plus – an extension of its View2 Collection – was recently announced during the exhibition. The brand is also introducing the Tommy3 Plus from its Y series line-up.
The View2 Plus features the new T-shaped design and Supernova finish. The latter accentuates the premium finish of the device’s glossy effect. The 5.93-inch HD+ display with a 19:9 ratio gives users extra usable screen space in a compact body.
The Tommy3 Plus, on the other hand, features an immersive 5.45-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 widescreen. The device features a 13MP rear camera, with a 5MP front camera. Inside the Tommy3 Plus comes with 2GB RAM and an expandable 16GB ROM.
“Being budget conscious should not necessarily mean compromising on features and looks,” says Neo Lau, Business Development Director of Wiko Mobile Malaysia about the Tommy3 Plus. “We’ve added Face Unlock to this phone to highlight that hot technology can easily be made accessible to everyone.”
Both devices are powered with the Android Oreo and now available in the market. Both smartphones will also carry Wiko’s added bonus of a 120 days replacement warranty programme.
The View2 Plus is available exclusively on Wiko’s Official Store on Lazada. From 17 to 19 September, there is an introductory price of RM499. The View2 Plus retails for RM559. Meanwhile, the Tommy3 Plus is available at Wiko authorised outlets nationwide and retails for RM399.
