Cyberjaya Creative Playground goes online.

Creativity and innovation are things that will drive the future of content. The Cyberjaya Creative Playground (#CJPlayground) was created with that in mind and has just recently launched its three-day series of events, bring together a mixture of aspiring entrepreneurs, creative talents, gaming enthusiasts and thought leaders.

To celebrate the launch of #CJPlayground, a three-day festival comprising of live music performances by local and international acts, global band battle, keynote address and panel discussion led by industry leaders and a gaming marathon.

One such event was the Cyberfusion : LAN party that kicked off the festivities on 14 November 2014. Participants gathered to compete in a video-gaming event for a period of three days and two nights. The event continued on the second day with the arrival of technology industry leaders at the Cyberjaya Creative Techtalk (#CJTECHTalk). Guest speaker David Garpenstahl from Sweden lead off the event with his keynote address entitled “Entrepreneurship in the Creative Industries”. Garpenstahl is a pioneer in the gaming and e-sports industry, and he was also responsible for leading Dreamhack to become the world’s largest digital festival. Other events include a panel discussion on the topic of creative innovation and entrepreneurship, led by thought leaders in their respective industries.
