Warcraft 3 Reforged: Blizzard Releases 22 Minutes Of Glorious Gameplay That Will Surely Bring You Back To 2002

Blizzard has gifted fans of the Warcraft franchise a first look at gameplay for the long awaited remaster of the cult classic from the early 2000s Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos. Aptly titled Warcraft 3: Reforged, the new version aims to maintain the originality and experience that players of the 2002 title had as much as possible. Of course, the company also spruced things up a little with the introduction of a bunch of new balancing mechanics and brand new cutscenes. Based on the 22-minute gameplay video that just released, Blizzard did a hell of a good job.

The video starts with a glorious opening cinematic followed by the first tutorial levels for the Orc storyline, following Thrall’s rescuing of Grom Hellscream. If you’re a fan of the Warcraft franchise and this video doesn’t roll back the years for you, then you quite simply don’t have a heart. The game, which was was originally announced at Blizzcon back in 2018, features enhanced graphics and assets without actually changing the style of animation or gameplay. Needless to say, Blizzard got it spot on with this subtle yet definite tweaks.

The game is now available for download for both PC and Mac at Blizzards online store and is currently going for $30 USD for the standard edition, while the Spoils of War edition will cost you an additional $10 at $40 USD. Click HERE for more info.
