Following the announcement by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on the PRIHATIN stimulus package, U Mobile will be providing all its customers (postpaid, prepaid and broadband) with free daily 1GB of data starting from 1 April 2020 until the Movement Control Order (MCO) is lifted. This free 1GB of high-speed is available for customers to use from 8am – 6pm daily.
This is on top of the double hotspot data that the telco is offering to customers of its GX38, GX50, GX68, Unlimited HERO P99 and Unlimited HERO P138 plans via The Hottest Spot campaign. The double hotspot quota is also available to customers throughout MCO period. All U Mobile customers also get free calls to the national and state-level Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre hotlines.

Valid from 1 April 2020 until MCO is lifted
- Open to all active U Mobile customers (Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband)
- Exception: WeChat users are NOT eligible
1GB (per-day) high-speed data for all usages (including web surfing, video streaming, messaging and other services)
- Quota is refreshed daily
- High-speed access (no speed cap)
- Can be shared (via tethering)
- Valid for use from 8am to 6pm
- Valid for domestic-use only (i.e. not for international roaming)
- Once the free daily 1GB high-speed data is finished, customer will receive a SMS notification. Customer’s subsequent data usage will then be taken from base data, or from other subscribed data package services

- Postpaid: Dial *118*7# and then select Special Offer
- One redemption per customer during promo period
