A post on Facebook has recently gone viral of a supposed rude response from TM Unifi when a customer asked the company to rationalise its pricing and package. However, it turns out that this account, named ‘TM Unifi (Official)’ isn’t the official TM Facebook account after all.
TM has issued an official alert on its website to ensure customers aren’t tricked by these trolling fake accounts on social media sites. If you need to reach TM via their Facebook, go to EveryoneConnects. The company’s Twitter account is @TMCorp.
More importantly, do not share your personal information unless you are absolutely sure that it is the real officials from TM who’s requesting for it. On the other hand, it’ll be helpful to have a TM Facebook page that actually has ‘TM’ in its name since people most probably will search for ‘TM’ rather than ambiguous keywords like ‘everyone’ and ‘connects.’
