The ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo is finally coming to Malaysia!

ASUS are constantly pushing the boundaries of technology, so the company is no stranger to reinventing gadgets or devices, even something as timeless as the clamshell laptop. That being said, the ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo is a dual screen laptop. Thats right. It’s pretty much a modern take on what a laptop could be, and it’s finally arriving on our shores on the 14th of November!

The save the date sent to us invites us to witness the world’s first laptop with a second screen, followed by the hashtag #the laptop of tomorrow! Which is apt given how unorthodox the laptop is.

The laptop comes with a 15.6-inch, OLED Ultra HD screen on the top as well as a 14″ LCD screen located where they keyboard would traditionally be. That 14″ display is what the company calls their full-width 4K ScreenPad Plus touchscreen, which interacts seamlessly with the main display.

You would think that with the gimmick-y dual screen key feature, the laptop would disappoint under the hood. Well, you’d be wrong. The Zenbook Pro Duo is decked out with an Intel Core i9-9980HK processor, a NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060 GPU with 6GB of GDDR6 VRAM, and up to 1TB of PCIe x4 SSD storage. That’s some mad specs right there.
