The Epic Games Store has just updated their weekly free game, and this time around it’s the couch co-op cooking game, Overcooked. It takes over Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, with Overcooked being available from now til June 11 at 11am EDT. Of course, this won’t replace the same hype that GTA V had when it was the free game on the Epic Games Store, but it’s a good one nonetheless.

Overcooked released back in 2016 and it’s already got a sequel, Overcooked 2. You can play solo, or with up to four people controlling chefs in various ‘shady’ kitchens to try and deliver meals exactly as they asked for it. It’s fun, and definitely better playing with some friends and family at home, and laughing at how they react.

If you’ve got some time to kill, might as well pick up Overcooked on the Epic Games Store. I mean, it’s free so you don’t really have to tell me twice. They will be replacing it come June 11 at 11am EDT, so make sure you pick it up before then. I for one, am excited to see what free game gets on the platform next.
