PUBG MOBILE Malaysia National Championship (PMNC) 2018 Grand Finals has just recently concluded over the weekend.
It is the first official PUBG Mobile tournament in Malaysia, held on 26 – 27 January 2019 at Sunway Velocity Mall.
The Grand Finals showcased the battle of the 16 winning teams from across the four state qualifiers (Johor, Sabah, Sarawak and Kuala Lumpur) during December 2018 until January 2019. The weekend tournament was filled with non-stop PUBG action. There were plenty of goodie bags, lucky draws and giveaways as well.

Gank.Fty emerged as the Champion for PMNC Grand Finals 2018, displaying an outstanding performance throughout the weekend with 6 Chicken Dinners that totals up to 4060 points.
From the total cash prize pool of RM60,000 (starting from the qualifiers until the Grand Finals), the champion team Gank.Fty will be receiving RM20,000 for the Grand Finals alone, followed by 1st Runner Up: AROV – RM15,000, 2nd Runner Up: Panda Crew Senior – RM5,000 and 3rd Runner Up: VIP Squad – RM4,000. The 4th – 7th Runner Up teams will also receive RM1,500 each.
PMNC 2018 is Tencent’s inaugural official PUBG MOBILE national championship in Malaysia. The main objective for PMNC is to facilitate the PUBG MOBILE community in Malaysia which plays a large part as the root of the esports ecosystem due to its overwhelming registered players growth.

The Grand Finals broadcasted live in two languages – English and Bahasa Melayu. The total viewers of both live streams throughout the two day event reached up to 2.2 million. An estimated 2,000 fans and supporters came down to Sunway Velocity Mall to witness the event live.
