Marvel’s Spider-Man is launching very soon on 7th September 2018. To commemorate that, Sony is giving away a custom PS4 theme, illustrated by renowned artist Marko Djurdjevic, for free. If you’re hyped for the game, you won’t want to miss this one.

The theme in question features Spider-Man in his updated suit, battling against Rhino and Scorpion at the same time. Aside from that, the PS4 menu itself has received a change, with icons and the colour scheme being given Spidey-themed designs. Scrolling through the menu also produces sounds akin to the web-slinger using his web-shooters. Watch this video to see the theme in action.

If you want to claim this theme for free, all you have to do is head on over the countdown website for the game. Sign in, scroll down to the bottom, and you should see an option to redeem a code for the theme.

The website doesn’t appear to state whether redemption for the theme is region-locked. However, if you’re having trouble redeeming the theme, you may want to try using a US account.

A day before Marvel’s Spider-Man’s release, Insomniac Games will be holding a livestream event for the game. The event will include exclusive gameplay as well as an interview with developer Insomniac Games. A link will be posted here when more details are unveiled.
