Sony Thermo Technology Inc has launched the REON POCKET PRO, a new wearable thermo-device designed to provide direct cooling or heating to the body when worn around the neck.

This latest model features dual thermo-modules, delivering twice the cooling area and heat absorption compared to its predecessor.

The device includes a newly developed heat-dissipating fan with double the airflow, resulting in enhanced cooling performance and an operating time of up to 34 hours at low cooling levels. It also incorporates advanced sensors for personalised temperature control and improved automatic start/stop functions based on user movement and environmental conditions.

Designed to be discreet and quiet, the REON POCKET PRO operates 50% quieter than previous models and features a compact, business-friendly design with improved comfort through an enhanced neckband.

The device will be available in Malaysia starting July 2025, priced at RM1,199.
