In a product launch yesterday, Sharp-Roxy Sales & Service Company unveiled the AQUOS XU series which boast 8K resolution display. The TV recently won an award at International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) as 2015 HONOREE.
With SHARP’s latest Quattron Pro technology and AQUOS X8-Master Engine Pro processor, the 4 Primary Colour Panel is enhanced and produces 8K resolution with sub-pixels count of 33.18 million. Users can experience a better sense of depths and immersion in the images on the screen.
The TV also has 8K Up-converter technology, which analyses and expresses jaggy lines into smoother and thinner lines. This series also offers exceptional contrtast ratio through the Ultra Dynamic Range Pro for the darkest and brightest range in its class. The direct backlight system detects and analyses the picture before compressing it.
Enjoy the more realistic and more beautiful display on an almost bezel-less screen. You will also get the Android TV software with this new range and features that come with it such as Google Voice Search, Android Gaming on the Big Screen and Built-in Google Cast.
The AQUOS XU will come to Malaysia in December in two sizes. The 80″ TV will be available for RM63,599 hile the 70″ model comes at RM37,099.
