Samsung Malaysia Electronics has launched its 2025 Bespoke AI lineup, showcasing smart appliances designed to simplify daily routines with intuitive features, smarter connectivity, and enhanced security.

The new range includes the Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator, Bespoke AI Top Load Washer, and Bespoke AI Jet Ultra cordless vacuum cleaner, all powered by AI and integrated with Samsung’s SmartThings platform and Knox Security.

“With our Bespoke AI appliances, we are bringing advanced AI Home to more households, offering intelligent solutions that redefine modern living,” said Charles Kim, President of Samsung Malaysia Electronics.

The Bespoke AI Refrigerator now features a 9-inch AI Home screen that enables voice commands via Bixby, real-time monitoring of food storage, and automatic door opening when hands are full. The SmartThings AI Energy Mode can help reduce power consumption by up to 10%.

The Bespoke AI Top Load Washer, available in 13kg–21kg models, includes AI Wash, AI Energy Mode, and AI VRT+™ for quieter performance. Smart sensors adjust water levels and washing times, while Ecobubble™ technology improves cleaning efficiency and reduces fabric damage.

Samsung also introduced its most powerful stick vacuum, the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra, delivering 400W suction and up to 100 minutes of runtime. The upgraded AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 adapts to different floor types, while a multi-layered filtration system traps 99.999% of fine dust.

The lineup is protected by Samsung Knox, with Knox Vault and Post-Quantum Cryptography support ensuring stronger data protection. SmartThings Home Care further enhances the user experience by using AI to detect issues and enable remote support.
