First launched in early March at New York, Samsung introduces its new and enhanced QLED TVs to the Malaysian market.

The QLED TVs feature Direct Full Array, which actively reduces blooming and halo effects to deepen black and white colours. Additionally, their anti-reflection technology ensures that users can enjoy their entertainment from any angle. Samsung’s latest Q Engine processor also works on upscaling on-screen content to UHD levels to enhance immersion.
One of the highlights of the QLED TV is its energy-saving function. Called Magic Screen, the function has the TVs display either images or real-time information such as the weather or news. Furthermore, the Magic Screen of wall-mounted TVs mimics surrounding wall patterns to blend seamlessly with the environment.
Samsung also introduces the One Invisible Connection. Designed to eliminate cable clutter, the single cord extends up to 15 metres and integrates both power cables and data lines.
The new line of QLED TVs can connect seamlessly with SmartThings-compatible devices. This gives users control over their smart devices through the TV itself. In addition, a variety of apps become accessible through one intuitive menu.
As for audio, Samsung offers new audio products boasting clear and immersive sound. The HW-N650 soundbar features Acoustic Beam Technology, designed specifically for gamers. On the other hand, the HW-NW700 soundbar sports a wall-mounted design to complement the QLED TV line.
The 2018 Samsung TVs range 9 series across QLED TV, Premium UHD, UHD display range, and come in various sizes. This includes options for either flat or curved displays.
For the QLED TVs, models include the Q9F (75″, 65″), Q8C (65″, 55″), and Q7F (75″, 65″, 55″). Furthermore, the TVs feature enhanced colour and contrast, HDR10+ compatibility, Magic Screen, SmartThings support, One Remote Control, and the One Invisible Connection.
The Premium UHD TVs include the NU8500 and NU8000. Also, features consist of dynamic crystal colour, HRD10+ compatibility, and Smart TV enhancements with One Remote Control.
The UHD models include NU7400 (55″, 65″), NU7300 (49″, 55″), and NU7100 (55″, 58″, 65″, 75″). The TVs include features such as 4K UHD and HDR, slim designs, and Smart TV capabilities.
