Another week, another Samsung leak, as new leaks, courtesy of Ishan Agarwal via MySmartPrice, have showed off a ‘spec-sheet’ that reportedly features most of the specs for Samsung’s Galaxy S20 lineup. This includes the three models, the Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 ‘Ultra’. These leaks suggest that the 120Hz refresh rate on Dynamic AMOLED will be available to all variants, and unlike the current Galaxy Note 10 series, all models will also feature a Quad HD+ resolution in a 20:9 aspect ratio.
There doesn’t seem to be any entry level S20 series device, as they hadd with the S10e, meaning the S20 will be the smallest of the bunch with a 6.2″ display. The S20+ will in turn get a 6.7″ display while the Ultra gets an ‘Ultra boost’ to the screen, with a massive 6.9″ display. They will also reportedly be running a 7nm Exynos 990 processor instead of a Qualcomm processor, but that really only applies for European and Asian markets. The Snapdragon 865 variant is expected to be available for US customers.
The S20 lineup seems to also have a minimum storage of 128GB, and the S20 Ultra will have a bigger 512GB storage option. They also seem to have kept the microSD, so you can expand your memory if you choose to do so. However, they haven’t mentioned anything related to the RAM config, but we can expect a 12GB RAM standard.

Now to the main star of the show, those cameras. The S20 Ultra is looking to be a pretty specced out device with a high-res 108MP main camera and 48MP telephoto sensor which they’re claiming will offer up to 100x digital zoom. Sources say that the optical lens will be capable of a 10x optical zoom, and a 100x digital zoom. There will also be a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera and ToF 3D sensor.
The other S20 models seem to have a 12MP main shooter, 64MP telephoto cam with a 3x optical zoom, 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, with the S20+ getting a fourth camera which has a ToF sensor. They will all also reportedly feature 8K video recording, which is nice. But the S20 Ultra seems to be the only one with a sizable upgrade to the front facing camera, as it will feature a 40MP wide front shooter.
For the battery, the S20 will get a 4000mAh, the S20+ a 4500mAh, and S20 Ultra a 5000mAh unit. And if these specs are to be believed, it’ll be a big swing coming out from Samsung. We’ll probably get all the details on February 11th, when Samsung has their Unpacked event, so stay tuned for more updates on the S20 lineup!
