October is becoming a favoured month for mobile phone makers with new launches announced by Huawei, Samsung, Google and now Razer.

The gaming powerhouse known for the prowess in game related hardware used by professionals has a cult like following and has tapped on that strength when it launched its Razer Phone last year. With mobile gaming growing rapidly it is expected to follow-suit how notebooks and PC’s are defining the multi-billion eSports.

Razer sent out invites for the new release of its smartphone scheduled to take place on 10 October, right before Google with its Pixel launch.
