Razer Phone 2 is Officially Available Here

Razer, the world leading brand for gamers has launched the Razer Phone 2 here in Malaysia.

Min-Liang Tan, co-founder and CEO of Razer Inc said,

”With the Razer Phone 2, we have pulled out the stops to define flagship and gaming on our terms.”

The Razer Phone 2 offers up to 30 per cent more performance than its predecessor. This is attributed to a combination of the latest components and the enhanced Razor vapor chamber cooling system.

For the camera, Razer Phone 2 boasts a rear dual-camera setup (12MP wide-angle lens with OIS – 12MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom). For the front camera, it sports a 8 MP with full HD video recording capability.

The phone also packs a generous 4,000 mAh battery for all-day gaming.

Razer Chroma

THe Razer Phone 2 is powered by Razer Chroma RGB lighting system. The rear of the phone now features the iconic triple-headed snake logo that glows in 16.8 million colours. It is customisable.

With a glass back, wireless charging is now possible.

True to its name as a gaming phone, it sports the only true 120hz display in a smartphone. The 5.7″ UltraMotion IGZO display is the only display in the industry to offer both a 120Hz screen refresh and 120Hz touch sampling.

Pricing and Availability

It will be available with mobile plans at Maxis (normal contracts from RM 2,029) and U Mobile (from RM2,299 on the Unlimited Hero P139). U Mobile will be having launch promotions from 2pm today (Jan 15) at any U Mobile branch where the first 500 U Mobile customers who purchase the phone will receive 100 Razer Gold (worth RM100). For the first 50 customers to purchasefrom the U Mobile Experience Centre at Berjaya Times Square, not only will you receive the 100 Razer Gold, but also an exclusive Razer Swag Pack which contains a Razer Hammerhead BT headset, Razer Choma mug, Team Razer coaster, Team Razer T-shirt and Team Razer lanyard.
