Razer collaborates with China Telecom

Razer Nabu plays nice and gives E-Game platform users something extra.

Razer has just announced a strategic partnership with China Telecom, allowing the gaming peripherals giant to marry its Razer Nabu and Nabu X wearables with games on China Telcom’s E-Game mobile gaming platform.

China Telecom is one of China’s major telco operator and has its own interactive entertainment platform called E-Game. By 2014, this platform has registered over 200 million users, 10% of which make in-game transactions, while 15% are active user.

With Razer’s wearables, E-Game users can use the statistics recorded on devices to convert into virtual goodies for their games, including various rewards or in-game currency. Also, a few of China Telecom’s offline stores will have the Nabu X plus other Razer products in stores for customers to try out.
