New Memory Kits from G.SKILL

G.SKILL has just announced a new line of RAM cards, specifically made for the latest Intel Coffee Lake processor alongside the new Z370 chipset motherboards. The Trident Z and Trident Z RGB are manufactured with ultra-high performance by Samsung B-die DDR4 ICs.

To prove on how fast it is, G.SKILL sent along screenshots of the Trident Z RGB’s performance when paired with the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WI-FI AC) motherboard alongside the Intel Core i5-8600K processor. The Trident Z RGB puts out DDR4-4000MHz CL18-19-19-39 32GB (4x8GB) at 1.35V.

Aside from its RGB specification, G.SKILL also introduces an ultra-fast Trident Z memory kit for users looking to upgrade their rig’s performance. The new kit runs at DDR4-4500MHz CL19-25-25-45 16GB (2x8GB) at 1.5V. It was put under a stress test with the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X APEX mobo and the Intel Core i5-8600K processor.

If your setup is more for content creation and word processing, G.SKILL has you covered with another variation that runs on DDR4-4200MHz CL19-21-21-41 32GB (4x8GB) at 1.4V. This memory kit is paired with the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X Formula mobo as well as the Intel Core i5-8600K processor.

Both the G.SKILL Trident Z and Trident Z RGB memory kits will be made available in Malaysia come November 2017.
