Nexstgo has unveiled the all new VAIO 2019 notebook line up in an event here in KL today. The line up consists of the all new VAIO SE14, which is a mainstream priced notebook that is set to enhance work and entertainment experiences on top of two new ultra premium notebooks, VAIO SX14 and VAIO A12 2-in-1, both of which were recently launched in Japan.

The VAIO SE14 combines work and entertainment functions with a comprehensive range of specifications aimed at the mainstream price segment. With a price of 4099 , the laptop is equipped with an 8th generation intel core (whiskey lake) processor, a 14-inch full HD IPS screen, has up to 13 hours of battery life and sports a great build. It also comes in two colours, red copper and dark grey. For those worried about security, it has you covered with a built in finger print reader and a TPM 2.0 chip to provide hardware based security functions as well.
Besides the SE14, they also showcased the SX14 feather light premium laptop which weighs at a mere 1.05kg and features a cool carbon case to encompass the 14 inch 4k ultra HD display. The laptop will be available from May 2019 onwards and is priced from RM7199.
Probably the most versatile laptop of the bunch is the all new two in one VAIO A12 which functions as both a true laptop and a true tablet. I use the words true because it not only functions and but also feels exactly like a tablet in its tablet form, and a clam shell laptop when attached to its keyboard. Sporting a 12.5 inch multi touch screen with full HD resolution, up to 15 hours of battery life and an incredibly lightweight build, the two in one laptop will also be made available come May 2019 and is priced at RM8699.
