Netflix, in its unending quest to make like easier for subscribers (which in turn makes life easier for the company), has introduced a brand new feature to its homepage. Head on over to your Netflix main page now and you’ll notice something along the lines of this:

This is the brand new top 10 feature! Having first tested it out in Mexico and the United Kingdom, it’s finally getting a worldwide roll out.

For us Malaysians, the row will be updated on a daily basis with the most popular titles in Malaysia. So if whats unfolding with our current political situation was a TV show, it’d be right there at #1. Jokes aside though, regardless of whether you love books, music, films or TV, top 10 lists are a great way to find out what’s popular as well as staying on the same page with everyone, ya know?

While it will be updated every day, the position of the row will vary depending on how relevant the shows and films are to you. In addition to the overall top 10 list, you’ll also be able to see the top 10 most popular series and top 10 films when you click on the movies and TV shows tabs. 

Shows and films that make these lists will also have a special “Top 10” badge, wherever they appear on Netflix. That way you can easily see what’s in the zeitgeist, whether you’re browsing by genre or through your personal list – or when searching for specific shows or films.
