Narwal has unveiled the S20, an all-in-one cordless vacuum and mop cleaner designed to simplify hard floor cleaning with advanced features such as AI-powered DirtSense™, 18,000 Pa suction power, and dual-edge cleaning for edge-to-edge coverage.

The device combines vacuuming and mopping in a single pass and includes a 10-step self-cleaning and drying system, ensuring brushes remain clean and dry after each use to prevent odours and mould.

Narwal said the S20 also features a lightweight design at 800g, a self-propelling mechanism, and a 180° flat-lay structure for easy manoeuvrability under furniture and tight spaces. It includes a zero-tangle brush to reduce maintenance, offers up to 55 minutes of runtime, and operates quietly.

The AI DirtSense™ technology allows the S20 to automatically adjust cleaning intensity based on dirt levels. The device offers five cleaning modes and uses an interactive LCD with voice prompts to enhance usability.

The Narwal S20 retails at RM1,499 and will be available via official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Aihome outlets at Sunway Velocity, Plaza Low Yat, and IOI City Mall. A special promotion during the 8.8 sale from 7 to 10 August will offer a RM200 discount, a one-year warranty, and complimentary gifts.
