mTouche Technology Berhad inks a Conditional Agreement with MNC Wireless Berhad to develop a digital technology platform for SPNB Dana Sdn Bhd. With the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), both parties will form an Equity Joint Venture company to provide financial support to home buyers of SPNB’s affordable housing project.

Executive Director of mTouche, Tang Boon Koon states: “Our digital media and infotainment platform core engine is designed with artificial intelligence capabilities. It will play a key role in optimising our clients digital platform solutions across the board and providing quantifiable value-add services to our enterprise partner.”

Meanwhile, the CEO of MNC Wireless, Christopher Tan adds: “The platform will comprise of a Business-to-Business (“B2B”) focused platform for companies operating within SPNB and business partners; as well as a Business-to-Consumer (“B2C”) focused platform for home buyers of affordable housing projects by SPNB.”
