Monster Hunter World Comes to PC on 9th August

Earlier in the year, Monster Hunter World launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Capcom confirmed that a PC version was in the works, but wanted to give the port the development time it needed. January has long passed, and Capcom finally reveals a release date for the PC version. The game launches on Steam on 9th August 2018 (10th August in Malaysian time).

You can already head over to the Steam page to pre-order your copy for RM139. Pre-ordering will net you an exclusive Origin Armor Set and Fair Wind Charm. Also, to help you plan for next month’s release, Capcom offers a list of minimum and recommended specs for the game:

In Monster Hunter World, you’ll take on the role of a hunter and slay ferocious monsters in a living, breathing ecosystem. You can use the landscape and its diverse inhabitants to get the upper hand. Hunt alone or in co-op with up to three other players, and use materials collected from fallen foes to craft new gear and take on even bigger, badder beasts.
