Lenovo didn’t just bring out the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus. They also came with an army of devices that gives users the choice to work as they like.
The other 3 devices are:
- Detachable Miix 320 for affordability, mobility and connectivity
- 2 convertibles – Yoga 720 and 520, multimode mobile powerhouses
- 4 tablets – Tab 4 Series for the family
The Miix 320 is a detachable with a full keyboard running Windows 10. Coming with 10.1 inch Full HD display, it can be used as a tablet, weighing in at 550g (tablet only). It boasts 10 hours of battery life. It comes in an optional LTE version.
The Lenovo Tab 4 is a series of tablets, with Lenovo Tab 4 8, Lenovo Tab 4 10, Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus and Lenovo Tab 4 10 Plus. The Tab 4 8 and Tab 4 10 have dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, made for multimedia entertainment. Tab 4 8 Plus and Tab 4 10 Plus is Lenovo’s premium line, fitted with dual-glass design with full HD displays, powerful processors and up to 12 hours of battery life.
The Tab 4 series also comes with kid’s tablets or productivity tablets. The Kid’s Pack comes with a shock-resistant bumper, a blue-light filter and a pair of colourful, scratch resistant 3M stickers. The operation is made child-friendly with Lenovo Kid’s Account, which features up-to-date and curated kid’s content, a browser with whitelisted websites and scheduling tools for parents.
An addition of the optional Productivity Pack with Bluetooth keyboard, allows the Tab 4 series to be used as a productivity interface. This interface features a taskbar for quick switching between apps, multi-window support, support for common keyboard shortcuts, and optimisation for mouse and keyboard operations.
On the laptop side of things you have Yoga 720 and 520, coming in at 13, 14 and 15-inch models. 15-inch Yoga 720 comes with up to the latest 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 discrete graphics, Thunderbolt™ 3 and up to nine hours of battery life. For a thin form factor, the 13-inch Yoga 720 is 17 percent thinner than before at 14.3mm.
All these devices has options of LTE. Lenovo is announcing an e-SIM enhancement to Lenovo Connect with support for reprogrammable e-SIMs, which on select Windows LTE enabled devices, will allow customers to take advantage of their local Telco contract for data when at home and the best local wireless pricing when they are roaming, without having to swap out their SIM. Users can share the same plan across devices enabled with Lenovo Connect.
Pricing and Availability
The Tab 4 8 and Tab 4 10 start at €169 (approx. RM 800) and €179 (approx. RM 845), respectively.
The Tab 4 8 Plus retails at €259 (approx. RM 1220) and the Tab 4 10 Plus at €299 (approx. RM 1410).
Tab 4 Series tablets will be available in EMEA beginning late May.
The Miix 320 (keyboard included, Wi-Fi only without LTE) starts at €269 (approx. RM 1270)
Miix 320 (keyboard included, with LTE) starts at €399 (approx. RM 1880) and are available beginning in April 2017.
The Miix 320 with Active Pen support and Microsoft Office 365 (for 12 months) will be available in select markets starting in July 2017.
The Yoga 720 (13-inch) will be available starting at €999 (approx. RM 4705) in April 2017.
