JAYS, maker of a line of premium earphones and accessories for portable media players returns with the latest version of their a-Jays series, the a-Jays One+. Pretentious name, but one that reflects the design philosophy noticeable in the end product.
Like the rest of the JAYS line the One+ features the unique flat cable, which is intended to prevent the cables from getting tangled. This alone makes the One+ stand out from other earphones in the market. It also makes it look very interesting and futuristic. Old rounded cables are definitely a thing of the past. There, is, however, a small issue with the design. The smallest of the extra silicone sleeves don’t fit on the earbuds. Maybe they would with a little more fiddling and prodding, but we’re sure that the sleeves would tear long before they fit on the earphones.
The Quality of Sound
You definitely get what you pay for. The a-Jays One+ produces clear, highly detailed sound quality. If you’re the kind that listens to classical music then you should consider picking up a pair. Every section of the orchestra can be heard clearly, giving you the full effect of listening to your favourite composer.
