Internet Reload By Digi Targets Prepaid Internet Users

Digi is now offering an over the counter ‘Prepaid Internet Reload‘ service for prepaid customers. This new service is designed for prepaid users who wants to add-on to their data plans without tapping into their existing plans.

“For the past few quarters there was discernible increase in demand for internet passes and plans in the prepaid segment. This trend has led to higher internet adoption and usage amongst our prepaid subscribers. By making this new prepaid internet reload option available, we hope to create another channel that allows our prepaid customers to easily reload and use the internet,” says Cheng Weng Hong, Digi’s Head of Consumer Sales.

Customers can choose between two options – RM3 for 3GB of data (valid for 24 hours) and RM 10 for 8.5GB of data which is valid for a week. Digi is making this new prepaid reload option available from multiple purchase points, including 99 Speedmart, Happy Mart, KK Mart, MyNews, Watsons, AEON Big, Cold Storage, Giant, Tesco, BHPetrol, Caltex and Petron stations.

The new Prepaid Internet Reload service is available now for all Digi prepaid customers, excluding DG Smart Plan and Prepaid Internet accounts.
