Intel has just announced new NUC kits and NUC mini PCs to the global market. The new products features the 8th Gen Intel Core processors, promising faster performance in a compact form factor.

With its small size, the new NUC products can be used in multiple scenarios which needs a small and compact computer. This includes outdoor displays, home theater systems and content creator boxes.

The NUC Mini PCs are powerful enough to be used as an affordable mainstream gaming machine for popular games at 1080p. The games includes League of Legends, TF2 and CS:GO. Powered by the 8th Gen Intel Core i3-8121U processors and feature AMD Radeon 540 discrete graphics, the NUC Mini PCs also come fully configured with 1TB of storage, either 8GB or 4GB of memory,  Windows 10 Home and include Intel’s Wireless-AC 9560 CNVi 802.11ac WiFi + Bluetooth 5 solution, two HDMI 2.0a outputs, and 4 USB 3.0 ports.

Meanwhile for those looking for berebone kits, the NUC Kits offer kits with processors up to the 8th Gen Intel Core i7, and can be populated with memory and storage options according to the user’s needs.

Intel will be shipping the NUC Kits and NUC Mini PCs from September onward.
