In an effort to offer affordable PCs to as many people as possible, Intel together with furniture retail giant Harvey Norman have collaborated to introduce the Charge Plus 2-in-1 laptop that looks strikingly familiar, yet at a price that will have many giving it serious consideration. This is Harvey Norman Malaysia’s first foray into developing its very own line of laptops, which will be exclusively made available in the country.

The Charge Plus 2-in-1 is an 11.6 inch laptop with a detachable keyboard designed with metal body and is powered by Intel’s line of quad-core Intel Atom Z8300 processors. It has 2 GB DDR3L RAM and 64GB storage. It also comes bundled with Microsoft Office 365 suite and the translator Dewan Eja is pre-installed for users.
Pricing point starts at RM1,899 (inclusive of GST) with a one-year product warranty that can be extended to two to four years. There is an option for Screen Crack Warranty being offered by Harvey Norman as well. Part of the introduction offer for this new device is the special promotion of an additional RM1,096 worth of goodies for the first 500 consumers to purchase the Charge Plus 2-in-1 from the Harvey Norman Malaysia physical or online store.
