Voice over LTE or VoLTE will soon take over conventional mobile conversation as the technology offers superior voice communication with HD quality and enhanced clarity.
Major telcos in the country are already supporting the service only leaving device manufacturers to catch up. With that, Huawei has made it possible for the flagship Mate 9 to support VoLTE calls on U Mobile’s 4G network nationwide; including East Malaysia. Utilising the new voice call technology, users will be able to receive clear crisp high def quality audio and also experience improved connectivity, HD video, and other rich media services.
With this extension, the Mate 9 will be the only device in the market with VoLTE on all major LTE providers – including Digi, Yes 4G and webe.
