Sean Bean has had a reputation for dying. The famous actor appeared in many great films, such as The Lord of the Rings, The Island, Equilibrium, and more. However, fans have been quick to point out that his characters always end up dying in those films. Even when portraying video game character such as in GoldenEye and Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive, Sean Bean has still met an unfortunate and untimely demise.

This somewhat humorous trend looks set to continue in the Hitman 2 video game. This time, his death will happen by your hand. Warner Bros and IO Interactive have announced that Sean Bean will star as the first Elusive Target for the upcoming title.
Bean will take on the role of Mark Faba, a former MI5 agent turned freelance assassin. Notoriously known as The Undying, Faba’s reputation as a master of faking his own death is second to none. Ultimately, this leads to the International Contract Agency (ICA) putting an big bounty on his head.
Since this is a Hitman game, there will no doubt be many ways for you to take down Sean Bean. You will first have to track him down and then devise a way to kill him, using any surrounding tools at your disposal. As the reveal trailer suggests, it looks like this will be happening in Miami.
In the new live-action announcement trailer, Mark Faba, played by Sean Bean, is speaks to his therapist and begins to hint at his unique approach to contract killing, as many random items in the room could serve as useful weapons in Faba’s unorthodox profession. While the session ends badly for Faba’s therapist, the video closes with a familiar person emerging — the masterful Agent 47.
The ‘Undying’ Elusive Target mission starring Sean Bean will begin on 20th November 2018, a week after the game launches. You’ll have a chance at killing him for a period of 10 days.
Hitman 2 launches for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on 13th November 2018.
