You don’t need to find out at the very last minute that your need to top-up your Touch ‘n Go Card. That dreaded “baki tidak mencukupi” (insufficient balance) when you’ve tapped the reader at the toll booth. I don’t think anyone willingly wants to go through that, especially during rush hour.


However, do note that the balance is not updated immediately if you’ve topped up at the toll booth. It can take up to 48 hours to reflect your current balance.
It is also worth noting that you can’t top-up via the eWallet either. This has always been a pain-point for some, and a convenience that is much needed in the Touch ‘n Go ecosystem.
That said, the announcement also alluded more new features and updates are to follow. We hope that includes a more synergistic ecosystem for all Touch ‘n Go products.

My touch n go card by bank. Why bank was reload rm100 in my card at 9/5/2019 but my touch n go card just accept rm50 ,pls check it.
