After teasing their latest device, Black Shark have officially announced their latest overpowered gaming smartphone, the Black Shark 3 in Malaysia. The new gaming phone will be available in Malaysia with a starting price of RM2,799 starting today.

The device is being released exclusively on Black Shark’s official Shopee store, and the first 400 buyers will be able to purchase it at a discount, at RM2,649. The first 150 also receive a free giftset worth RM800. At the time of writing, there are still 38 pieces available at the discounted price. So if you were keen on getting yourself one, now’s the time before stock runs out.

According to their Shopee page, the Black Shark 3 comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 processor, a 4,720mAh battery capable of QuickCharge 4.0+ and a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display capable of 90Hz refresh rate.

For their cameras, the Black Shark 3 Pro house a triple-camera setup of 64MP main shooter, 13MP ultra-wide angle lens and 5MP depth sensor. On the front, there’s a 20MP selfie cam. The devices also support 5G in SA and NSA networks, as well as WiFi 6.

There is no mention of the more powerful Black Shark 3 Pro yet, but reportedly, the Pro version will be available in Malaysia in May.
