Going for gold for the scheduled eSports Olympics, maybe this memory card in the rig could be a lucky charm? G.SKILL the Taiwanese component maker specialising in gaming is launching the new Trident Z Royal series DDR4 RGB memory kits that are fit for a King.

Featuring patented (pending) full-length crystalline light bar over a polished heatspreader in gold or silver with RGB lighting, the gaming memory’s are available in 3000MHz to 4600MHz speeds. As for the  crystals, they act to refract the right amount of light from the RGB LED giving the PC a magnificent display of colour and light. The polished aluminum gold and silver heatspreaders will make any hip-hop artist turn green with envy but they are not just for aesthetics but also help keep the memory modules cool.

Inside the Trident Z Royal is the new generation RGB module designed with 8 individually controllable lighting zones that requires a special software which are available. Engineered on a newly designed custom PCB to accommodate the increased lighting zones, the model is also built for high speed overclocking specifications, ranging from 16GB to 128GB kit capacities and up to DDR4-4600MHz memory speeds. G.SKILL confirms worldwide distribution in December 2018.
