gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 is set to take place from October 16–19 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, bringing together gaming giants, creators and fans under this year’s theme, World of Gaming.
The four-day event will feature two main zones: a business area (October 16–17) for industry professionals, and an entertainment area (October 17–19) for the public.
A major highlight is Glen Schofield, veteran game designer behind Dead Space, Call of Duty, and The Callisto Protocol, who will deliver a keynote at the business conference. He will share insights on creativity in game development in a session titled 10 Ways I Find Inspiration and Come Up With Ideas.
Over 70 speakers from 20 countries will join the business area programme, including representatives from Bethesda, Marvel Games, Ubisoft, Avalanche Studios and Pocketpair. The conference will also host panel discussions on game design, publishing and business strategy, alongside an indie pitch competition and networking sessions such as the VIP Mixer and Invest Circle.

The entertainment zone promises blockbuster showcases from global publishers like Bandai Namco, CAPCOM, HoYoverse, Nintendo, Ubisoft and Xbox, alongside new titles from indie developers. Visitors can expect live tournaments, a cosplay contest with prizes over THB 300,000 (approx. US$9,300), meet-and-greets, and the Thailand Game Award ceremony.
A new theme song by composer Amm Atchariya, performed live by Jannine “Ploychompoo” Weigel, will also debut at the show.
Organisers expect over 200,000 visitors and participation from more than 190 brands, reflecting Southeast Asia’s growing role in the global gaming industry.
Tickets for the B2B section are on sale now, while public ticketing for the entertainment area opens on 1 September
