Last weekend, U Mobile invited members of the media to Port Dickson for a quick getaway to announce their objectives for 2015. These objectives includes the official unveiling of the #GetClever series of prepaid and postpaid plans as well as coverage augmentation and expansion plans for 2015.

Maintaining its commitment in delivering the best value-for-money offerings in town, U Mobile’s new #GetClever packages offer the best rates with the highest allowance for both mobile Internet and voice calls for both segments. Taking note of how mobile plans from other telco providers are needlessly confusing, the new #GetClever plans are uncluttered and simplified. On top of that, the new plans are the best in town, featuring the lowest local call rate, the most free on net call mminutes and the largest mobile data allocation for the lowest price for each category in the market.U Mobile GetClever Plans - Media Briefing_20150129_v3-Slide11 U Mobile GetClever Plans - Media Briefing_20150129_v3-Slide15

Aside from #GetClever, U Mobile has also touched on their plans for 2015. U Mobile has heard the complains from users that their coverage in certain areas are not quite up to scratch. Wanting to satisfy their users needs, they have announced plans to expand their network coverage throughout Malaysia. People living in Penang, Johor, the East Coast and Sabah can expect better services sometime within the year.

Expansion isn’t the only thing on U Mobile’s cards as they have also planned to improve network stability during 2015 as well.

“To be consumers advocate, we need to put ourselves in their position and think what concerns them and how we can provide better solutions to our customers. We are not here to play safe. If we need to break status quo to meet consumers’ needs, we will not hesitate to do so,” says Jasmine Lee, Chief Marketing Officer of U Mobile Sdn Bhd.
