Gearbox is holding its main theater show at Penny Arcade Expo East (PAX East) 2019 claiming to show their never-before-seen reveals during the event. Could this be the sequel we’ve been waiting for – BORDERLANDS 3? After 5 long years keeping us waiting we could finally anticipate its main title’s comeback. From the PAX East 2019 Schedule, Gearbox will be holding its main theater show on the first day of the event, March 28 2019.

Gearbox teases, “This is your opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at Gearbox Software and Gearbox Publishing, along with the latest news and updates from the makers of Borderlands, Battleborn, Brothers in Arms, and more!  We will have never-before-seen reveals, exclusives, and surprises, so don’t miss out!”

There’s a thing about getting our hopes high and get disappointed by it, but I’m personally rolling the dice myself. Back in PAX West 2017, CEO of Gearbox  Randy Pitchford announced and I quote, “at least 90% of our productive capability is working on the thing I think most of you guys want us to be working on” – I don’t know about you guys but the thing I want them to work is nothing else than Borderlands 3.

To lower the hype, “never-before-seen reveals, exclusives, and surprises” mentioned in the PAX East 2019 description could just be something else. But is it really of the question?

I guess March 28 is when we all need to be.
