G.SKILL has released its new high-performance DDR5 memory kits, offering capacities of up to 256GB using 64GB modules, aimed at content creators, AI professionals and workstation users.
The newly available 64GB DDR5 modules are offered in two key overclocking specifications: a 256GB (64GBx4) kit with DDR5-6000 CL32 timings optimised for AMD EXPO platforms and a 128GB (64GBx2) kit rated at DDR5-6400 CL36 designed for Intel systems using the XMP profile.
The DDR5-6000 CL32 kits will be available under G.SKILL’s Trident Z5 Neo RGB and Flare X5 series, while the DDR5-6400 CL36 configuration is validated for Intel DDR5 platforms and targets demanding applications such as AI workloads and content production.
G.SKILL stated that all kits are built with new high-density IC chips and will require BIOS updates dated 2025 or newer to ensure compatibility.
The kits are currently being shipped to global distribution partners, with select configurations already listed at retail. A broader rollout is expected in the coming weeks.
