FUJIFILM Malaysia has unveiled the latest addition to its X Series, the FUJIFILM X-M5, a compact and lightweight mirrorless digital camera. Weighing just 355g, the X-M5 is the lightest model in the X series, offering superior image quality and advanced features for both still photography and video recording.

The X-M5 is equipped with a 26.1-megapixel ‘X-TransTM CMOS 4’ sensor and the ‘X-Processor 5’ high-speed image processing engine, ensuring high-quality image capture. It also features subject detection AF powered by AI, capable of detecting moving objects like animals and cars. The camera supports 6.2K/30P video recording, making it ideal for both photography and videography needs.
The design of the X-M5 retains the high-quality appearance characteristic of the X series, and it includes a Film Simulation dial for switching between various colour tones, simulating the effects of different photographic films. The camera also offers a powerful digital image stabiliser, built-in microphone, and the new ‘9:16 Short Movie Mode’ for easy vertical video shooting.
