Just days after the launch of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti GPU, ASUS goes ahead and rolls out its very own variation of the GPU. Boasting quick and speedy performance ratings with advanced cooling and reliability, the first GeForce GTX 1070 Ti GPU series out from ASUS is the ROG-STRIX- GTX1070TI-A8G- GAMING. The GPU will also come with ASUS’ signature Aura Sync illumination technology.

Produced with Auto-Extreme technology, the latest GPU from ASUS ROG Strix is made through a 100% automated production process, an industry-first. Built with premium Super Alloy II components, the Strix GeForce GTX 1070 Ti has enhanced efficiency with reduced power loss, a decrease in component buzzing under load and will also have lower thermal temperatures.
The GPU will be available in two configurations: the OC mode in Standard Edition will have a boosted clock speed of 1,721MHz while the Advanced Edition will have 1,759MHz. The Strix GeForce GTX 1070 Ti will also come with MaxContact, an industry-first GPU-cooling technology that has an enhanced copper heat-spreader. This will improve thermal transfer while keeping the GPU nice and cool.

Constructed with a two-and-a-half-slot design, the Strix GeForce GTX 1070 Ti GPU will provide 40% more heatsink surface area to better dissipate heat as compared to a regular two-slot design. There will also be a patented 0db wing-blade fan design with three distinct fans to provide maximum airflow. The patented fan design will come to a complete stop when the GPU’s temperature remains below a set level. The fans are also dust resistant with an IP5X certification to improve efficiency while keeping itself clean.
Of course, the GPU isn’t complete without RGB lighting. Thanks to ASUS Aura Sync RGB LED-synchronisation technology, you can now personalise the GPU based your preferences of colour. There will also be two HDMI ports, making it a VR-friendly design.
The ASUS ROG-STRIX- GTX1070TI-A8G- GAMING will be available come 10 November 2017 along with an official price listing.
