EA confirms that FIFA 19 will be out on September 28. While many lament the lack of yearly add-ons, this year sees one big change; the UEFA Champions League will officially be in the game.
EA got the license to the UEFA Champions League after the end Konami’s 10-year license deal. This marks a huge blow to Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer, the biggest rival to EA’s FIFA games. The lack of the official UEFA Champions League in the game used to be a glaring omission, but this could complete their licensed league lineup. Career Mode players such as myself are definitely excited for the new FIFA game.

Furthermore, it seems as though FIFA 19 will be available on PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Certain preorder deals could also see you play the game as soon as September 20.
