Epson is releasing its new line of portable scanners: the WorkForce DS-310 and DS-360W that is convenient for those who needs to get some work done on the go. Boasting the speed of its scanning operations, the DS-310 and DS-360W can scan at the speed of 25ppm (50ipm) at up to 300dpi resolution.

Apart from being the first portable scanners with an Automatic Document Feeder in Southeast Asia, these new scanners are compact and weighs at 1.1kg and 1.3kg respectively. They can be charged directly while being connected to a PC or laptop.

The scanners come with advanced software that allow for text enhancement for improved text recognition when scanning, while the document skew correction feature automatically adjusts and straightens scanned images.
