Epson has launched two new A4 document scanners, the WorkForce DS-1730 and DS-1760WN, designed to improve business efficiency with high-speed and flexible scanning solutions.

The models feature scanning speeds of up to 30 pages per minute through an automatic document feeder (ADF) and up to seven seconds per page on the flatbed. Both include a 60-sheet ADF and one-pass duplex scanning for increased productivity.

The DS-1760WN supports PC-less operation via ScanWay, enabling direct scanning to cloud, email, USB, or network folders. Both models come equipped with Document Capture Pro software for automated workflows, OCR for searchable PDFs, and integration with cloud storage.

Epson said the scanners use up to 30% recycled plastic in their main body and are aimed at businesses looking to reduce environmental impact.

The WorkForce DS-1730 and DS-1760WN have been available in Malaysia since 1 August 2025.
