Blizzard Entertainment has announced the return of the Lunar Awakening event in Diablo IV, celebrating the Lunar New Year in style. The event will run from Feb 5 to Feb 18, 2025, offering players in Sanctuary a chance to enjoy special in-game festivities and rewards.

During the event, players can activate unique ‘Year of the Snake’ themed shrines, which provide significant experience bonuses and powerful combat effects. Additionally, there are 10 Ancestral Reputation levels to unlock, allowing players to earn Lunar-themed cosmetic rewards, including the new Trag’Oul’s Consort mount. Tejal’s shop will also feature an expanded selection of Lunar-themed armour and mount cosmetics for players to acquire.
